Supporting Documents for Loan Application

To facilitate a smooth application process, we require the following documents:

1. Personal Identification:  Proof if identity is required for all loan applications.
2. Proof of Address: A document verifying your current address supports the application process.
3. Proof of Income:  Documents such as pay stubs or income statements help assess your ability to manage the line of credit.
4. Credit History:  A credit report aids in determining your creditworthiness.
5. Processing Fee: A 13% processing fee is charged for the first disbursement. Subsequent disbursements will have a 2% processing fee for each disbursement.
